Hi, I’m Gloria.

Currently at Accenture Federal Services as an Product Designer

I am a designer experienced in creating intuitive and innovative user interfaces. I thrive working in cross functional teams to solve complex problems effectively.

What do I bring to the table?

  • A collaborative spirit—ensuring strong relationships with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into thoughtful design solutions.

  • Clear and effective communication—using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to convey user experiences at different stages.

  • A strong voice for design—advocating for UX-centered improvements that drive meaningful impact.

  • A focus on innovation—always looking forward and finding new ways to solve complex problems.

  • A positive and bright environment—bringing energy and fun into everything I do.

Why do I design?

Design defines your users. Whether companies remember to consider design or not, it is the first thing that determines if a user will stick around.

You may not intend to exclude the elderly from your product, but if your app is convoluted and hard to navigate, those who are not as familiar with technology will leave immediately. You may not intend to exclude those who are vision impaired from your website, but if you did not design for accessibility, they will leave immediately.

Design is a powerful tool to include and exclude users without directly stating it. I design to ensure the product speaks to the audience it was intended for and that they feel included and seen.

What do I do for fun?

I start my mornings with freshly ground beans for a hot pour over and end the day with a gym session to clear my head. I love diving into rabbit holes and getting deep into my hobbies.

Here are some things I'm waist-deep in right now:

  • learning Swift and SwiftUI to code my own apps

  • shooting film photography

  • collecting Pokemon Cards (and crafts to make use of the common cards)

  • making stickers
